We will select at least three venues based on suitability and then prepare a clear and informative proposal including a short description of the style of property and facilities, photographs, function room layout options and location maps of each venue and a breakdown of the costs to help you make an informed choice.
Our team will arrange viewing appointments for you and are happy to accompany you to the venue as well if requested.
Once a location has been chosen, we will hold the space on your behalf, negotiate rates to ensure you get the best deal possible.
Once the decision is made, we confirm the booking on your behalf for you to sign the contract with the Hotel and remain in contact with you and the Hotel to ensure the event runs smoothly. We follow up with you for feedback after the event for the benefit of you and all our clients and future events.
